크라프트, 백색, 블랙 혹은 다양한 색상의 원단이 준비되어 있습니다. 보유 원단 외 필요한 색상의 경우 제작 수량에 따라 원단 염색도 가능합니다.
특수 기능 선택
타이벡은 단열, 박테리아 차단, 방수 등 고유한 장점이 많아 기능성 제품으로 제작하기 매우 탁월합니다.
보냉기능, 전자제품 보호기능, 멸균 기능 등 특수한 기능을 추가할 수 있습니다.
마감 장식 선택
가죽단추, 자석, 금속장식, 지퍼, 벨크로 등 타이벡 제품에 적합한 마감장식을 선택할 수 있습니다. 또한 손잡이나 어깨끈, 스트랩 등 원하는 형태로 자유롭게 봉재가 가능합니다.
기성제품으로 제작시 인쇄위치, 인쇄 색상 시안이 필요합니다. 별도 주문 제작시 크기와 도안을 정하고 인쇄 시안을 준비해주시면 제작상담이 진행됩니다.
- 인쇄면: 앞, 뒤, 옆, 하단 가능 / 시안 ai CS6
- 1도 ~ 4도 실크인쇄 (인쇄 도수에 따른 단가)
- 인쇄 색상 CMYK 혹은 팬톤 컬러번호 필요

특수 기능 유무, 마감 장식종류, 손잡이 유무 등 상세 디자인을 미리 사진으로 준비해주시면 보다 정확한 제작상담이 가능 합니다. 보유제품을 받아보기 원하시거나 샘플 제작, 디자인 요청은 소정의 비용으로 가능하며 디자인 요청시 케빈스룸의 추천 시안도 받아보실 수 있습니다.

인쇄 방법은 실크 인쇄, 원단 프린트 인쇄가 있습니다. 색상은 실크인쇄가 선명하고 우수합니다. 제작된 샘플을 확인 후 마감 및 불량을 고객과 체크하고 생산에 들어갑니다.
원하는 포장 방법을 MD와 결정한 후, 납품이 진행됩니다. 해외 현지공장에서 제작된 물류를 고객에게 안전하게 배송합니다.
